I have to admit I was very
excited to have been asked to review
this restaurant. It has been one of
those that I had just not got around
to checking out. I had heard good
things and was encouraged by their
very done website. However, I cant
say that my expatiations where met.
The food here may be
authentically Caucasian but that
doesn't mean its enjoyable. I had
two fellow reviewers in tow on this
one. We ordered 3 different
starters, entrees and deserts.
None of us were taken with our
own or each others entrees and
not particularly with the starters.
The deserts though, did thoroughly
shine through!
The drinks list was ok but not
amazing, some things seemed to be
kept in short supply so be ready
with a second choice.
The restaurant is in a located in
a very narrow pedestrian street in
the Old Town opposite a Gay Club,
which makes for interesting people
watching through the massive
windows. The interior could be
described as minimalist yet not
without atmosphere. I did actually
like it as a restaurant, this helped
by the services which was great, not
too fussy but attentive.
The restaurant is reasonably
priced, which matches its service,
location and ambiance but if only
the whole menu was as completely
enjoyable as all that and the
deserts!
